After earning the title of "fixer" for her ability to positively impact major clients, teams, programs, and projects in consumer and pharmaceutical advertising for over 20 years, Ouida Duncan answered a deeper call in 2016: to help individuals transform their lives. She completed 320+ hours of intense training through iPEC, becoming a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) in 2017.

Ouida specializes in helping people get out of their own way, especially people who struggle with worthiness issues. One of her specialties, as a product of childhood trauma is guiding individuals through divorce, separation, relationship turbulence, and career ruts, helping them confront emotional pain, cultivate self-worth, conquer fears, and break free from limiting beliefs like imposter syndrome. Her clients often navigate major life transitions—whether redefining themselves post-divorce, seeking clarity in complicated relationships, or overcoming career stagnation—and experience remarkable breakthroughs under her guidance.
